Q: What shipping options are available?
Online ground orders will be shipped through FedEX. Freight orders will be shipped on a availability basis between several reputable freight companies. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.
Q: What is a lift gate?
A lift gate fee is an additional charge applied during the delivery of heavy or bulky items, such as an engine, when a hydraulic lift gate is required to load or unload the item from the delivery truck. This fee is common in freight shipping, especially for deliveries to locations without a loading dock or forklift, like residential addresses or small businesses.
Classic Chevrolet offers Free Lift gate service to all engine and transmission purchases.
Q: Electrical Components Returns
Please note that any modules or sensors that have been plugged in and are outside of their original packaging cannot be returned.
Instead of returns, these items are covered under warranty. Warranty claims will be processed according to the proper diagnostic steps outlined in the GM performance warranty policy.
Q: Is there a cost on returns?
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
Please be aware that there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to any returns of engines and transmissions.
